Ghana U-20 coach Orlando Wellington has identified some sluggish players after Tuesdays training session with the foreign-based stars.
The originally invited 19 players are in day two of a three-day justify-your-inclusion exercise at the Legon Presec Park in Accra.
The exercise is aimed at giving the technical team the opportunity to work with the foreign-based players that will augment the local stars for the qualifiers for the African Youth Championships.
And after two-days of grueling and intense training, Wellington is beginning to identify the fitter players that will make the final cut.
In fact it has been a little bit encouraging. You can see that most of them when they break from Europe they came and started enjoying themselves, they were not training because they came for holidays, he told GHANAsoccernet.com.
You can see some too are really ready that when they are asked to play a match they can withstand the task.
Few of them are playing very well, they have the ideas of playing very good football. The way they move without the ball, they way they move with the ball, you can see they have something good to offer.
The exercise which ends on Wednesday will be capped with a friendly game against a yet to be named side from Akosombo.
