Former Chairman of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) has told XYZ Sports that the Black Stars team lacks tremendous stamina and team work.
The Stars have been criticized lately after their defeat to reigning African champions, Zambia, in the second match of the 2014 FIFA World Cup qualifier.
The loss has left the team second on the Group D table with three points from two matches. Dr. Tamakloe who left office as FA Chairman in 2005 says that the technical team of the Stars must imbibe more youthful players into the current set up.
We lack tremendously in stamina. I think we have to be careful. Football these days is stamina; if you dont have stamina, forget it. Football is a relatively youth game, he stated.
