Ghana drew 2-2 with Namibia in the opener of the three-nation Under-20 tournament in Accra on Sunday.
The Black Satellites took the lead through Fatau Safiu after just 45 seconds and Heart of Lions striker Benjamin Fadi doubled the advantage on 12 minutes.
Namiba, playing a national team B squad, rallied and reduced the deficit through Willy Stephanusw who scored from a free-kick.
Sadney Urikhob converted a spot-kick to draw them level after centre-back Lawrence Lartey had handled a ball inside the box.
Ghana�s next game will be against Egypt on July 12 while Namibia are in action on Tuesday against the Young Pharaohs.
All matches are being played at the Accra Sports Stadium.
