Kotoko rallied from a goal down to beat Amidaus Professionals 3-1 in Accra to reach their second MTN Ghana FA Cup final in three years.
Captain Yahaya Mohammed playing against his parent club opened the scoring in the fifth minute when he blasted from inside the box.
But Kotoko drew level through former Ghana U20 star Ransford Osei and striker Kofi Nti Boakye gave the Porcupine Warriors the lead before the break.
