Fit-again Olympique Marseille winger Andre Ayew says he is not far from reaching top form after playing 90 minutes against Saint Etienne last Sunday in the French Ligue 1.
The Ghana international made a return from a two-month injury layoff last week and played for 20 minutes against Bastia.
Marseille faithful and Coach Jose Anigo celebrated his injury after his long absence due to injury.
The 24-year-old told La Provence: "I talked a lot with the coach because I'm still recovering after three months.
I had twenty minutes last week against Bastia. I tried to give the best of myself. Little by little, I will return to the level. The most important is to fight for each other.
Ayew has now made 12 Ligue 1 appearances and scored two goals this season.
