The Rosaneros are ready to sign the Ghanaian midfield enforcer on loan and are to conclude deals with the Giuseppe Meazza side this week.
Palermo will make an official bid to Inter Milan to take young Ghanaian midfielder Joseph Alfred Duncan on loan, Goal Ghana understands.
The 21-year-old spent the past two seasons on loan at Livorno as one of their brightest spots but will not be with them in Serie B next season following their relegation.
Loaning Duncan to Palermo will also set the stage for negotiations to begin on Palermo's 15 million Euros rated forward Abel Hernandez as the Nerazzurri have set their eyes on him too.
Duncan has so far featured 42 times for Livorno in two seasons scoring two goals and is also on the wanted list of Sampdoria and Chievo Verona.
