Mensah has scored five goals and provided five assists in 29 appearances for Vitoria this season, which happens to be his maiden Primeira Liga campaign.
It is yet unclear where the player will ply his trade next season, however, reports have been rift that Manchester United are in talks with his agent Jorge Mendes.
