Yusif Basigi’s side are expected to leave the country for their crucial first leg qualifier against the central African’s on Wednesday night.
The team will arrive in Yaounde on Thursday before holding their only training session on Friday.
The Black Queens have been camping for the past three weeks ahead of the big game at the Stade Ahmadou Ahidjo in Yaounde.
Ghana, having missed out in the last edition of the competition after losing to the same side will be hoping to secure a favorable result on Saturday.
The team would be making their first appearance at the Olympic Games competition should they beat a very formidable Cameroonian side.
