Augsburg has reportedly rejected a �25million bid from Chelsea for Ghana defender Abdul Baba Rahman.
The Bundesliga outfit who were said to have agreed terms with the English Champions on the future of the Ghanaian international are alleged to be asking a price money of �30million from the English giants.
Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho is keen on bringing in the impressive left-back to the Stamford Bridge following the departure of Brazilian defender Filipe Louis who returned to his former Club Atletico Madrid.
The blues were said to have submitted a �25million bid for the former Greuther Furth defender but reports coming in indicates that Augsburg have rejected the offer hence wants an increment in the price.
The Premiership side are expected to meet the price tag of the 21-year-old before the transfer deadline comes to an end later this month.
Rahman was influential for Augsburg last season after helping the Club to earn a Europa League spot.
