Ghana defender Jonathan Mensah has extended his stay with French Ligue 2 outfit Evian Thonan Gilliard.

The 24-year-old penned a new deal with the Club after failing to secure a Club before the transfer deadline day.
Mensah who was expected to leave the French side following their relegation to the second-tier will hence be at the Parc des Sports Annecy for at least a season.
The Ghanaian international is currently serving a four match suspension from FIFA following his wrongful signing from Italian side Udinese.
The former Black Satellites center-back has joined the Black Stars team to prepare for the crucial Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Rwanda on Saturday.
