Liberty Professionals managed to defeat New Edubiase 2-0 in match-day 13 of the Ghana Premier League on Monday.
The match which was expected to take place on Sunday was rained off due to the heavy down pour forcing the Ghana Football Association to postpone it to Monday.
Liberty however capitalized on home advantage to pick the 3 maximum points after Ebo Mends and Bernard Arthur scored for the Dansoman-based Club.
The result pushes Liberty up 6th on the League table with 17 point with an outstanding game against Medeama SC.
Liberty will next player Hearts of Oak on Wednesday at the Accra Sports Stadium.
