The Black Satellites of Ghana progressed to the next round of the Africa youth Championship qualifiers after thrashing their counterparts from Ethiopia 4-0 at the Cape Coast Stadium on Monday afternoon.
Coach Mas-Ud-Didi Dramani’s side were able to overturn a 2-1 defeat in the first leg tie to advance to the next round of qualifiers.
Manchester City youngster Yaw Yeboah shot Ghana into the lead after just 6 minutes before Kotoko attacker Dauda Mohammed got the second 2 minutes later.
Inter-Allies winger Isaac Mensah got Ghana’s third with a wonderful strike with Yaw Yeboah scoring his second on the day in the 76thminute.
The result thus sees Ghana qualify on a 5-2 aggregate score.
The Black Satellites will face Senegal in the final round of qualifiers to Zambia 2016.
