Daniele Dessena is still unvailable to force the Cagliari to rethink with their current situation, according to Corriere dello Sport. Youngster Alessandro Deiola has been farmed out on loan to gain first-team experience with the Rossoblu pinpointing the Ghanaian as a possible replacement.
The former AC Milan man is available to be registered until March 31 despite the closure of the summer transfer window. Muntari's high demands is reported to have scuppered a deal during the transfer window.
The well-experienced Ghanaian has an extensive resume having played for AC Milan, Inter, Udinese, Portsmouth, Sunderland and recently Saudi side Ittihad FC.
