Tom Markus Strand, the head coach of Accra Great Olympics said his charges were poised for Kotoko's test and he was not surprised with the outcome of the game.
The Swedish informed the press after his sides 2-0 victory over Kotoko, that his players worked tirelessly at the training grounds to get ready for Kotoko's challenge.
"I realized my players were ready for this game, they worked hard at the training grounds, so I am not surprised with their performance today, they were amazing.
"We were ready for this test and it was fantastic for us.
"The team is now united and it's going to be the turning point for us. We are going to work and die for each other because we are a team. "We have put up a strategy to help the players understand my system of play.
"The most important thing is unity, we can't understand each other if we are not united and we are on the right path now." He stated
