Uganda's parliamentary committee on health two weeks ago held a crisis meeting to address an urgent concern by the Ugandan people on the small sizes of condoms supplied in that country.
The condoms according to the men are not able to accommodate the length of their sexual organs putting them at greater risk of contracting HIV and other sexually transmitted diseases.
Condoms supplied in the washrooms of the parliament building are vanishing fast.
