Ghana�s former President, Flt Lt Jerry John Rawlings, arrived in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania on Sunday to participate in a workshop on �Government and Opposition� organized by the Commonwealth Secretariat and the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association.
