The former Attorney General and Minister for Justice, Martin Amidu has questioned why his successor Dr Banjamin Kumbuor wasn�t bold enough to point out to President Mills that Cabinet�s decision not to sell a state property to NPP Chairman Jake Obetsebi Lamptey despite a Supreme Court ruling which cleared the sale was unconstitutional.
