Mr. George Osei-Asibe, Techiman Zonal Coordinator of Root and Tuber Improvement and Marketing Programme (RTIMP) of the Ministry of Food and Agriculture, has called for plans to support and encourage farmers to increase farm yields to ensure national food security.
