The Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) of Ejisu/Juaben Municipality in the Ashanti region, Yamoah Ponkoh, allegedly caused the arrest of the supervisor of the cocoa mass spraying exercise at Atia near Ejisu, Daily Guide has learnt.
