Embattled businessman, Alfred Agbesi Woyome, who is presently facing two counts of Defrauding by False Pretences and Wilfully causing financial loss, contrary to specified provisions of the Criminal Code; Criminal Offenses Act, 1960 (ACT 29), risks being subpoenaed by the PAC to answer questions relating to the controversial 51 million cedis judgment debt paid him by government.
