The local representative of ISOFOTON, Mr. Anane-Agyei Forson has alleged that former Chief of Staff, Kwadwo Mpiani capriciously abrogated the company�s contract with the State because ISOFOTON refused to pay a 12 percent kickback of the total contract sum.
