The 2012 Vice Presidential candidate of the New Patriotic Party, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, has stated that the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) has lost the argument on free SHS education and has therefore resorted to unjustifiable pessimism as the last resort.
