It was all excitement in Chamba, the second biggest community in the Bimbilla Constituency when three very popular National Democratic Congress executives in the town defected to the join the opposition New Patriotic Party during a visit to the community by NPP vice presidential candidate, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.
