The spokesperson of the presidential candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Mustapha Hamid, has debunked the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) assertion that Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, then Deputy Governor of the Bank of Ghana, led the erstwhile Kufuor administration to contract loans in a hairdressing saloon.
