THE OUTSPOKEN New Patriotic Party (NPP) Member of Parliament (MP) for Manhyia Constituency in Kumasi, Dr. Mathew Opoku Prempeh, has charged his party members across the country to stay and guard the ballot box during the December 7, general elections.
