The Member of Parliament (MP) for Assin North in the Central region, Kennedy Ohene Agyapong has accused the National Security Coordinator, Lt. Col. (Rtd) Larry Gbevlo-Lartey of awarding contract worth $129.9 million to a Chinese firm which later paid for his trip to China.
