The 2012 Presidential Candidate of the New Patriotic Party, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, says in addition to every child under the age of 18 gaining access to free quality education, his administration will offer all children free access to the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS), when the NPP is voted into office in the December polls.
