Mr Solomon Nkansah, Deputy National Propaganda Secretary of the National Democratic congress (NDC), has noted that the promise by Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo, flag bearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), of free education at the Senior High School (SHS) level only aims at conning the electorate to give him the nod.
