The managing editor of the Insight Newspaper, Kwesi Pratt Jnr. has grimly rebuked the flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party(NPP), for using the IEA platform as a medium to mislead the general public who were glued to both their television and radio set to know more about Ghana�s relationship with its neighboring countries, especially La C�te d�Ivoire.
