Former New Patriotic Party (NPP) Member of Parliament for Ahafo Ano South, Stephen Balado Manu has called on the National Peace Council to break its silence and speak against the conduct of supposed supporters of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) at the premises of the Supreme Court.
