Credible signals picked up by The New Independent newspaperas at press time yesterday indicated that, barring any last minute hitches, the Outspoken National Democratic Congress (NDC) youth activist, Felix Ofosu Kwakye, will be heading for the Information Ministry as one of the two Deputy Ministers.
