Yaro Kasambata, Public Relations Officer of the National Petroleum Authority (NPA) has proposed an inclusion of petroleum subsidies in government�s annual budget as well as coming up with stringent policies to curb the usage of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) by commercial drivers.
