Former Works and Housing Minister, Hon. E.T. Mensah, has responded to allegations by the Managing Director of Ghana Water Company Limited (GWCL), Mr. Kweku Botwe, that he has put in place mechanisms to oust him out of office because he has prevented him from duping the nation.
