Kwadwo Owusu Afriyie also known as Sir John, General Secretary of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has dared the Ghana Police Service to come out and tell him the law he has infringed on by moving Dr. Bawumia�s mangled vehicle from the accident scene without notifying them.
