The Ghanaian Observer (GO) checks as far as the 2013 budget statement is concerned has revealed that no budget was allocate for Hon. Alban Bagbin, Hon. E.T. Mensah and Hon. Cletus Apul Avoka, as coordinators to superintend the execution of President Mahama�s priority projects.
