The ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) constituency chairman for Kwahu South, Mr. Emmanuel Atta Obeng, is in the grips of the Mpraeso police for slapping his constituency Women�s Organiser, Madam Sekina Norshe, with his sandals, which sent the woman to the ground and rendering her temporarily unconscious.
