The General Secretary of the NPP, Kwadwo Owusu Afriyie believes the vice Presidential candidate of the opposition NPP, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia is far brainy than the General Secretary of the ruling NDC, so he sees no reason why Asiedu Nketia should made a �silly� statement when lawyers of the NPP raised an objection that their client needs to rest during Wednesday election petition hearing.
