A member of the NPP�s communication team, Asamoah Gyemfi has candidly opened up on the legal proficiency of Mr. Tsikata revealing that he has what it takes a lawyer to give his best shot at the technical aspect of a case but finds it extremely difficult to deal with the substantive part of it.
