General Secretary for the New Patriotic Party, Kwadwo Owusu Afriyie, has chastised and likened counsel for the third respondent in the ongoing Supreme Court case, Mr. Tsikata, to a law student who studied law during the �stone-age� period and comes to court with evidence he gathered from a �refuse dump� site.
