When he was handed the case as the Counsel for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the on-going Presidential Election Petition, Tsatsu Tsikata, who has been described in many circles as a legal luminary told members of the National Executive Committee (NEC) of the NDC at a meeting that, �The petition is factually empty, legally pathetic, poor in arithmetic and poorer in logic.�
