The Supreme Court has deferred to Thursday May 16, its ruling on a motion filed by the Lead Counsel for the governing National Democratic Congress, Mr. Tsatsu Tsikata, who is seeking to haul into the dock, other witnesses, beside Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, who deposed to an affidavit in the ongoing election result challenge.
