A former Supreme Court Judge, Justice F.Y. Kpegah, has cautioned the General Legal Council, the Judiciary and the Ghana Bar Association (GBA) not to conspire to frustrate him in his case against the 2012 presidential candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.
