Chairman for the Electoral Commissioner of Ghana, Dr. Kwadwo Afari Gyan on Thursday appealed to Lead Counsel for the Petitioners, Lawyer Philip Addison, not to make him a hostage to fortune by assuming that as EC Chairman, it is mandatory for him to know about every malpractice that occurs at polling stations on the day of elections.
