Onetime Minister for Manpower, Youth & Employment, Alhaji Boniface Abubakar Saddique, has poured cold water on the serialized controversial Ghana Youth Employment and Entrepreneurial Development (GYEEDA) ministerial report which sought to indict some former Ministers for not showing leadership under the programme.
