The Tema District Council of the Maritime and Dockworkersďż˝ Union has appealed to the government to implement the recommendation of the Chris Ackumey Committee which recommended the takeover and management of the PSC Tema Shipyard by the Ghana Ports and Harbour Authority (GPHA).
