The Minister of Local Government and Rural Development, Mr Akwasi Oppong-Fosu, has, with immediate effect, banned the Presiding Member of the Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly (KMA), Nana Kofi Senya, from attending any official activity organised by the ministry.
