Deputy Minister of Energy and Petroleum, Hon. John Abdulai Jinapor has told the Public Accounts Committee of Parliament that the Electricity Company of Ghana- ECG has in recent years made significant progress in ensuring that consumers pay for electricity they use and also recoup debt owed them by some organizations and state institutions.
