The Chief of Papaase No 2, Isaac Kojo Banafo II, has been dragged to the Cocoa Affairs Court 4 by an Estate Developer, Nicholas Baffoe, for allegedly selling fifty plots of land he sold to the letter, to another individual, after he had left for the United State to look for funds to develop the land.
