Samuel Teye Nartey, chief driver at the Ghana Football Association (GFA), last Friday nearly collapsed after an Accra Circuit Court handed him an 18-month prison term for stealing $63,481.20 which was a refund of the travelling expenses of the senior national team, the Black Stars.
