There is a determined effort out there�to create the impression there was no judicial determination of the dispute involving the French Bank, Societe Generale (SG) and the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC) which was heard in a London High Court of Justice in the United Kingdom (UK) between 1999 and 2001.
